These came exactly as pictured and are higher quality than I expected. My biggest concern was that the edges would be warped (as often happens with these chipboard boxes). But they came wrapped neatly together! I use them to package items from my etsy shop and these are much cheaper than the ones I buy at hobby stores.

We are really happy with the quality of both the packaging material and the detail of the printing. Really sturdy cardboard that seems like it will stand up to a lot of punishment during shipping and the team are really easy to get on with and helped out with all of our questions.

This is my third year working with this company, specifically Michael, and they did not disappoint. They let me know if they found errors in my files or designs, and were patient with me when I needed to make changes. We began working with this manufacturer in May of this year with Arthur Chen as our designated worker. Arthur Chen has been such a joy to correspond with she was always so patient, understanding, polite and efficient when responding to messages. When it came to understanding the concept of our boxes (which was quite intricate) she was able to fully grasp the design and REALLY brought it to life. We love our box packaging and so do our customers, we continually get compliments on it and it’s quality. Also, the shipment time taken was very quick, and fit in our schedule, which was great.

I deal with many companies in China, but there has never been a place as kind as here. Especially, Ms. Ailsa, she kindly responded to me and explained me in a friendly way. The production was fast and they took a video before sending the box. (they added music to the video and it was so cute haha) And I received message from them to see if I received the box well, and they really made me happy!
